Ira By Orchid Mumbai T-2 International Airport Hotel

I was here for 1 night and ate at poolside restaurant for one night dinner.

Dirty and in need of severe renovation

Location,Cleanliness of rooms,Comfort,Service minded waiters and room service personnel.

Found a cockroach in the food tray that we ordered from the hotels' restaurant. Food was tasteless and priced really high. Reception staff not so helpful when you need any info. Proper address of the hotel needs to updated in Booked.net as the address given is very brief and taxi drivers could not figure it out. The telephone directory in the hotel rooms need to be updated as they have old phone numbers of the airport, arilines etc. Moreover the hotel staff also could not find out the correct numbers.

Nice, comfortable hotel. Clean room. Convenient. Good transport facilities (airport, bus, auto-riksha) nearby. Very helpful staff. Food ok.

However, location is bad. 1Hr to Mumbai city through traffic jams. Real slum area. Rubbish, unsightly market and shophouses and slum blgs all around. Room too cold, Even set at max (28degC) still too cold. Seems a/con running whole day even when we take out the power (door) card. Something wrong or is it normal? Real waste of power!

We didn't have time, so we would use them next time.

Worse experince about staff at front desk, resturent and room srevice

Your website show wrong room type, you show 2 king beds, but vits Hotel give us the room is "1 king bed and 1 sofa king bed" that is different, I feel very disappointed that you lied to me

Excellent value for money.Very courteous and friendly/helpful staff.Excellent room facilities and sumptuous buffets. The rooms facing poolside do need a bit of soundproofing. I was staying away frm poolside and had no problem frm sound emanating frm the poolside events.

The hotel offers great relaxation options like a sauna and a health club. Only downside was the minor mix-up with the twin beds, but overall, it was a fantastic stay 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I love the 24-hour room service, indoor pool, and fitness studio. The wonderful staff helped me with travel tips that I still remember. I'm definitely coming back for a holiday!

Good quality bed and generously cut room with all amenities.

Cleanliness of the room, especially bathroom could have been better. Mold on the hairdryer and not properly functioning showerhead
